Alex Sell

An Australian-British capital markets specialist.

Prior to launching exSell Group, Alex was most recently Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Securitisation Forum. This followed roles in risk policy within financial regulators and government, banks, and at one of the global ‘Big 4’ professional services firms. In January 2016, Alex became Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of exSell Group.

In addition to leading the Group, he heads exSell Capital Markets division. Here, he serves those on or adjacent to capital markets and lending value chains. This ranges from running with debt and equity funding mandates to strategic product development solutions for data analytics firms serve capital markets.

Mark Hayler

Occupation: Financial services and transformation senior executive

Mark Hayler is an Australian-British financial markets expert, having served as a regulator, Equity Capital Markets Syndicator, and risk manager. He devotes himself today chiefly to, tackling the human elements of change and transformation programmes throughout Australia and Asia-Pacific with a unique combination of change and business leadership, stakeholder facilitation, analysis and behaviour influencing skill.

At exSell Group, Mark leads Ethical Capital.  At its centre, is a proprietary architecture that harnesses and adapts concepts found in organisational systems design. This focuses on having regard to the human element in terms of how ethical conduct ‘systems’ interact with myriad real stakeholders.

Based on leading academic and global organisations’ experience utilising similar concepts, Mark leads the design and implementation with clients to drive organisational performance – both in terms of the avoidance of misconduct as well as the promotion of high performance ethical conduct.
